MAINTENANCE
Repair requests must be reported to the CMHA work order desk from 8 am to 4:30 pm at 330-386-9314.
Emergency repairs must be called to the after hours number 330-383-1922. The following are the ONLY emergency repairs:
- No electric in unit
- No water in unit
- Smell of gas present
- All electrical shorts
- Running water inside unit
- No Heat - Temp below 60 Degrees
- Stopped up toilet with single bath units only
- Refrigerator outage
- Entry door security problem
- Broken window
