Close to town for resident convenience these apartments have a patio overlooking the
beautiful Ohio River. Each apartment is furnished with a stove/refrigerator. This building has newly remodeled kitchens and baths. A secured door and intercom panel for the safety of the residents. Each apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm, an emergency cord and enclosed fire escape.
